May 5, 2011...Happy 4th birthday Daisy May, our little Cinco de Mayo puppy!  We are so thankful to have an obedient dog that is gentle with children and likes to cuddle.  SG wanted to get this bone as a "surprise" ~

Sarah Grace's last day of her first year of preschool...May 26, 2011.  Where is the time going?  She had such a wonderful first year of preschool...she loved going to school on Tuesday and Thursday mornings...playing with her friends...and learning lots from her teachers :)  We celebrated the end of the school year with a little class party...yum!

*As of June 3, 2011, Baby Tripp is growing strong and healthy (praise God!).  We are about 25 weeks along in our pregnancy (Mom and family are healthy, too!)...September will be here before we know it!  We are all excited about Tripp's arrival! :)

Strawberry Pickin' Party + Marbles Museum

April 30, 2011 ~ Jack, Christi (Tripp, too), and Sarah Grace traveled to Raleigh to explore MARBLES KIDS MUSEUM!  We all had fun playing like kids!  We played with trains, pretended we were a doctor/vet, splashed in water, planted flowers, kicked soccer balls, looked through aquariums, shopped in the store, and made some crafts!  We had a very fun day...just our little family :)

May 2, 2011 ~ We all took a family field trip to the Strawberry Farm for a friends birthday party!  We ate pizza & cupcakes, rode a hayride, picked strawberries, ate strawberries, rode a pony, and fed animals at the petting zoo!  It was a beautiful day outside...we had lots of fun!

Spring is such a wonderful time of the year...we are so excited warmer weather is here! 
We've been enjoying more time outside discovering all the gifts God has given us to enjoy.

It's a BOY!

It's official...God has blessed us with a daughter and now a son!
Introducing, John Timothy Coiner III "Tripp"...

We had a healthy & happy check up at the doctor...there was NO doubt that Tripp is a boy.  We are about 17 weeks pregnant.  Tripp is growing quite well and so is Mommy :)

We are all getting excited about our "Baby Brudder" that will be here in September!  We are busy gathering blue items, sorting through/giving away lots of baby girl pink things, rearranging, organizing, and preparing our hearts and minds for being parents of a toddler AND an infant!  Sarah Grace and Tripp are such blessings in our lives...we can't wait to see what happens next!

Mountain Vacation

The first week in April, our families took a vacations to the beautiful mountains of North Carolina...Boone/Banner Elk/Blowing Rock.  We had a great time...celebrated Sarah Grace's 2nd birthday, ate yummy food, enjoyed time off from our jobs, bundled up for some snow flurries, swam in the heated pool, wore shorts for 70 degree sunshine weather, did a little shopping, and had some great laughs!

Our precious "baby" girl Sarah Grace turned two years old on March 30, 2009.  We can't even put into words how much joy she had brought us in just two quick years.  She has so much personality and a sweet heart.  SG is the light of our lives and we are so thankful to God each day for her.  Happy 2nd birthday SGC!  We love you to the moon...and back :)

Sarah Grace loves to...giggle...slide down big slides...sweep the floor...pee pee on the potty (!)...paint original art pieces...eat ice cream...ride her tricycle...walk Daisy on the leash...play with stickers...swing...read books...feed the ducks at the pond...run in the yard...play with her "friends"...say the blessing...help Mommy cook/bake...work on the computer with Daddy...sing songs...talk (what a little chatterbox!)...talk about being a big sister to "baby brudder"...smile...

We had a little 2nd birthday party for SG the weekend before her birthday at our house.  Here is a collage of the bouncy house, playing, snacks, cupcakes, presents, and fun!

March marks the beginning of SPRING...Sarah Grace's birthday month...and her birthday flower; the daffodil!  Luckily, we have a beautiful field full of daffodils (open to the public) in our town!  Hope you enjoy the pictures from this fun memorable day!
